The 1st I.M.A. Exposition was held in December in 1981 at Yokohama Hon-cho Gallery.
The 12th I.M.A. Exposition was held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of
Art.
The Exposition was opened to participants all over Japan, ever since it
has been held there.
In 2008 the 34th I.M.A. Exposition was held, at the same time the Joint Exposition by Members of S.N.B.A.(France), Members of I.M.A. and Korean artists – which S.N.B.A. had offered as the 150th anniversary of exchanges of amity between France and Japan – was held.
We have held exhibitions of art in Japan, and also have extensively the activities abroad.
